'Vetcare' Appears on TV3's 'Animal A&E'
|
Check out TV3's' Animal A&E' show aired on Thursday nights at 7:30pm. Our group of clinics were selected to appear on the show which shadows ISPCA inspectors and Veterinary Clinics around the country as they go about their daily duties.
On Thursday 26th Jan 2012, our very own Tom Spillane and the team in Vetcare Portlaoise appeared on the show where they investigated a swollen paw. Presenter, Andrea and the ISPCA were in Ballinasloe Horse Fair and Bairbre were on the road at Bird Watch Ireland's Nature Reserve. We are very proud of Tom and the team on their appearance on the show and look forward to seeing some of the rest of the team appear in the forthcoming weeks. | Vetcare Rathcoole's Open Day took place on Sunday 26th November 2011. A great day was had by all with something for all the family. Information points on 'Feeding your pet', 'worming', 'Dental Health' & 'Micro-chipping' provided a host of information to attendees. A tour of the practice was available and staff members explained different points of interest e.g theatre, x-ray, ultrasound etc. Local dog trainer Trish was available to advise clients and their was a host of competitions and raffles on offer as well as freebies! Refreshments and face-painting kept the kids entertained. Well done to all the winners of spot prizes and quizzes on the day and we hope all those who attended enjoyed themselves as much as we did. |
